How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you create your Flora account, you automatically get 14 days of full Premium access — every feature, no limits, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to keep Premium or continue on Free. Nothing is deleted if you stay on Free; you just return to the standard free limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and you can cancel there at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Does household sharing cover my whole family?
Yes, on every tier including Free. Anyone you invite to your Flora household can see and care for every plant in the collection. For most households, one Premium subscription is plenty.
Is Premium worth it if I only have a few plants?
Possibly not — and that's fine. Free is designed to be genuinely useful for smaller collections. Premium is worth it when you want unlimited identifications and health checks, more than 8 plants, full treatment plans, or weather-aware watering. At €29.99/year, it's less than the cost of one plant you might have saved.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your plant data, care history, health assessments, and photos remain in your account. Cancelling Premium returns you to the Free tier — nothing is deleted. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed.
