By accessing or using Flora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Flora is an AI-powered plant care advisor that helps you identify plants, assess their health, and create personalised care schedules. AI-generated advice is informational and not a substitute for professional horticultural guidance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flora. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Flora with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use of the service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Flora offers a free tier with limited AI features and a premium subscription with unlimited access. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Billing and cancellation are governed by the respective store's terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Flora a licence to use this content to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your photos to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, or use Flora for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI plant identifications or care advice will be accurate in all cases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
